He did not finish the cycle and seemed otherwise occupied while he was doing the work, he was on his phone half the duration of the inspection, he was very rude and curt and told me there was nothing wrong with my dishwasher; I have actually ended up having to replace it, and I am offended that he was willing to take my money without having done anything for me and lying about what was wrong with the unit.
