I paid in full for the whole year. It was $255 for the whole year. They come four times a year, and anytime you want them to spray inside the house, they will come. There is a guy that comes just for my community, and he is very good. He gives you his cellphone, and comes directly to you. He has been servicing the area for years. The Hampton's I am in is brand new.

They've been excellent. I cant say enough good things about them. They have been punctual. 

I have had the same technician and he's just very conscientious, polite and hard working. He works around my schedule and kept coming back to check.

Our technician is Hector and he is fantastic. He meets your scheduling needs and is willing to adjust to any problems that may arise. They provide a follow-up call to make sure you are satisfied with the service and to see if you have any further needs. Any extra call outs are included in the contract so there is no extra cost.

I don’t have any bugs! They do a good job.  I’ve used them for quite a few years in different houses using different franchise locations.

I recently moved and did not want to use my former pest co. I chose Hometeam from Angie's List and crossed my fingers. A tech came out on time and treated the house, wearing shoe protectors while inside. He was thorough in treating all areas and treating areas where we had seen ants. He even found ants in a tree touching the house, and advised me to trim the tree or they would come in the attic. He had to come back as the ghost ants straggled back in during a cold snap. There were no issues about my cats and dogs. All products are on my safe list. I was happy with the service and will continue to use them.

I have tubes in my home so they don’t have to come in, they are primarily exterior.  They do call ahead in case I do need something special done.  Whatever they are doing works.  I don’t have any bug problems.

WONDERFUL. Can't say enough good things about Hector. He was here early....before I even made it back here from dropping off my daughter at school. Hector was super nice and explained everything he was doing and in detail. Reassured me he would take care of the problem and come back if we had any additional issues. I'm sure the other employees are just as nice & responsive, but I hope we continue to have Hector working on our house!

I give them an overall  A rating and I will use them again.

They are very reliable with calling ahead of time before service. Their out door treatment usually takes care of everything. They are responsive and reasonable priced. We have used their service for a long time.

They are reliable and their system works.  To me it seems pretty cost effective compared to other vendors I have used.

Every time we have a problem or issue we call them and they come out for an extra service. They're very responsive. I don't have any bugs in my house.

They have always been very good.  Every person they send out has done a great job.

The termite protection program they do is a separate service, and they are always timely and thorough reports.

We are bug free, and they are friendly and professional.

They don’t do the same thing every time they come.  They do everything outside and don’t come inside.  They are excellent.  I rate them high overall.  They follow-up on their service too.  If you have a problem in between they come and don’t charge you anything.

They are very responsive and friendly.

Everything is fine and their spraying seems to work. Overall, I think they do a good job and will continue to use them in the future.

My home has tubes in the wall and to be honest they are the only ones that do it, but they are excellent.  I would probably use them again no matter what.  I spend probably about $30 a month on that service.  They mostly do outside and if I need them they come inside and they have actually gone into my attic to get rid of some wasps and it was an extremely hot day.

They show up quarterly and check  for pests and termites.  Nice company

They are excellent and very good.  The service is good.  There is one guy who I really like, and his name is Mike.  He is just excellent.  He met with an accident, so he couldn't come for the last two months.  Somebody else came, and he didn't do as well as Mike did.  I can't wait for Mike to get better; but in general, they are good people.  I also like to mention Mike's name.
