I was referred to Kevin Harmon by Titan Building Supply, where I bought my new front door. We were in a bit of a bind and were hoping to replace our new door within a few weeks. I called Kevin and he gave me a very fair quote over the phone and when I finally ordered the front door, I called him immediately to make sure he would be available for installation. We were able to set a date for that same week and he even gave me the information I needed to pull the permit (which he does not do, but it was very simple!).
He dropped by to measure the door for accuracy (to make sure I ordered the correct size and to see what trim was needed) and even communicated to the door supplier NOT to deliver the door to my home as we originally planned, but to leave it for him to pick up. One less thing to worry about.
On installation day (today!) he showed up right on time and got to work quickly. I believe they started around 9 and were completely done by 2. The door looks great and opens much easier than the old one did. In the end, he even reduced the price he quoted me over the phone. If I'm ever in the market for a new door again (although I hope this door will stand the test of time), I will call Harmon again.

Kevin was friendly, professional, and accomodating throughout the whole process. He arrived on time to do the estimate and the actual work.He ordered all the doors, door frame, hardware (except the door handles), baseboards, and shoe mold and he painted everything prior to coming out and doing the actual installation. The work was done efficiently and he cleaned up the worksite upon completion and hauled away all the old doors and baseboards. His work is of high quality and we are extremely pleased with the result. We highly recommend Kevin to anyone considering replacing their doors or baseboards.
