We were satisfied with the bathroom install both in price and service. What stunned us was that Randall broke the new mirror he was replacing in our china cabinet. I assured him it was no problem, that I would be patient in accommodating his schedule to come back to replace the china cabinet mirror that he broke trying to install. He told me he would get another mirror and call me back. When I did not hear from him in two weeks, I called and left messages that he never returned. When I finally did reach him, he bluntly told me he was not going to come out to replace the glass because it was "too small a job" to come out to replace. Randall also told me that the glass he was replacing he was not going to charge me for and that a mirror that size was difficult to find. it all just did not sound right and I told him I just wanted the mirror replaced and that I was absolutely willing to pay for it. He responded by telling me he was going to "look around to see if he could find the  mirror I needed and that he would get back to me". It has been a year and a half and I have never heard back from him. Totally unprofessional, and not a person of his word.
