My pressure washer wasn't running well so I dropped it off for them to try and fix.
They called me and explained what was wrong and that it needed new parts, but it would likely cost more money to repair that it was worth and they didn't want me to throw good money after bad.
I really appreciated their honesty. They easily could have charged me for work that didn't need to be done, but it's obvious they put the customer's best interests first.
The staff were all very helpful and polite.
