Flying Window Tinters

I was only in the shop a few hours to get the entire job completed. It could have been done faster, but being a Quality Assurance Manager where I work, I said and quot;I'd rather you take your time and do it right, than cut corners and have to repair it later!and quot; I hasten to add that they did not drag their feet! The job was done at a normal pace and it was done perfectly.
I still have that car (on 2/25/13) and the tint on the glass is as good as it was the day it was installed. No bubbles or unattached tint. The job is perfect. When my lease expires I will probably lease another car, and it WILL be tinted at this same shop!

I placed a call to get an approximate est. I was told that I would receive a call the next day from an estimator. I was delighted to receive a call the same day and was told they would be happy to come out and do an estimate. I gave David the sizes of the windows I wanted tinted and asked for an approximate cost. I was pleased with the price quoted over the phone and set an appointment for the following week. The day of the appointment, I received a call 1 hour prior to the appointed time telling me that they were on the way and David arrived 45 minutes later. He explained the procedure and began right away. He was very knowledgeable. I also had a small octagon shaped window in my laundry room and asked if he could also tint that window(this window had 9 individual panes of glass)and was not part of the original quote. He said it would be no problem and immediately did the window and then moved on to the other window (there were 32 individual panes of glass). David was very efficient.

We were extremely satisfied with the whole process. I had taken our window measurements to get quotes over the phone and save time w/ appointments. They were more than happy to provide a quote over the phone using my measurements. The installers arrived on time and ready to go. They were very friendly and didn't mind chatting with us about what they were doing while they were doing the work. After they were finished, they explained the drying and cleaning processes for the window tint and went over the final bill (which matched the estimate). They cleaned up everything--we couldn't even tell they were there and they were nice to our pets.

They were very nice and explained all of my choices to me. They did not pressure me to go with the most expensive one and told me it was probably not necessary in my case. They also pointed out one of the tint type that doesn't last as long so I would know that going in. I love their honesty! The tint job itself is very nice. I really love having it and all of the bubbles they said would go away when the tint job dried completely and the did go away. The only issue I have seen is on the back windshield, the tint is not quite sticking to the top strip but I have heard that the strip is Teflon based and that this behavior is normal.

I found them to be exceptionally honest. They could have tried to sell me on replacing more window tinting and did not. They were polite, clean, punctual and worked in a professional manner. They appeared knowledgeable in their area of expertise.

Excellent professionalism, product knowledge, work quality, reasonable prices, great cleanup, efficiency, and I would highly recommend them and use them again!

I turned in about 4 companies on 5/12/06 as doing excellent work for me in the PAST. This was one of them.

EXCELLENT JOB! CANNOT TELL THE WINDOWS WERE NOT TINTED AT THE FACTORY. ALSO COMES WITH A LIFETIME WARRANTY. I AM CONSIDERING ON HAVING THEM TINT OUR WINDOWS AT HOME AS WELL.

THE WORKMANSHIP OF THE INSTALLATION OF THE WINDOW TINTING WAS EXCELLENT. FRIENDLY AND COURTEOUS STAFF THAT PERFORMED INSTALLATION IN ONE DAY. MET MY PERSONAL EXPECTATIONS.
