I found Michael Trivelli and his team at Fidelity Mortgage Services through the property manager for the rental I used to live in and they had such wonderful things to say about him so I decided to give him a call. I was a bit nervous since I had some credit issues in the past and only had a small down payment. Michael was very honest with me about the hurdles I would encounter. He offered me some really great advice and coaching on how to increase my credit score and how to repair some of the damage I had done. I was able to increase my score by 151 points over a 12 month period. They pre-approved me for my home loan and walked me through every step of the way. It was extreme difficult home shopping process as I encountered a slew of Bank Owned Properties that wouldn?t meet FHA guidelines and Shady homeowners / listing agents. The FMS team showed great paitience and professionalism through some really difficult situations. I am glad that I decided to trust the the FMS team because at the end of the day it was a truly a great experience and with me being a first time home buyer I had no idea what to expect. The entire team was always able to answer my questions and Michael was there every step of the way as well, always encouraging and educating me I closed on my house in about a week ago and couldn't be happier. They got me a great rate at little to no cost. I recommend them to anyone in need of a home loan even if you are not near their office.
