It was very good, very good. It was very friendly service and professional. They also gave us a call which was very good, to make sure everything was okay.

Jim was very professional and responsive (even though I am a woman) and explained exactly what needed to be done. I had planned on waiting for the car, but because a problem with the brakes was found a, and the repair would take awhile, he arranged for a rental car. When I returned, the car had been washed, and there was a thank you goodie bag on the passenger seat! A nice touch

Explanation of ratings
Overall: B
I gave Euro Specialist a B overall. They would have been an A if not for the small issues described below. I am probably a little more tough on my grading because my father was a mechanic. Because of this, I know that some regular maintenance can easily be done by the vehicle owner so I hate paying high prices for services like an air filter change.
Price: C
I gave Euro Specialist a C in this category because their prices are comparable to the dealership. I suspect this is because they use genuine Audi parts that come from the dealership. So this wins them some points in the quality category but hurts when it comes to prices. I did find some genuine Audi parts online, new not refurbished, and from the dealership for slightly less. If you don't care about genuine parts you can find these for 25% - 50% off MSRP if you buy from replacement parts manufacturers.
Quality: B
I gave Euro Specialist a B in this category because they use high quality parts, most likely from the dealership. It probably would have been an A but they made a mistake in charging me for an expansion tank cap that they did not actually install. I noticed this when I popped the hood to fill my wiper fluid and noticed a dirty cap. When I called their shop and notified them, they quickly admitted the mistake and told me to drop by at my earliest convenience and they would provide the cap. This earned them some points in the next three categories but hurts when it comes to quality.
Responsiveness: A
Punctuality: A
Professionalism: A
I gave Euro Specialist A's in these categories because they always treated me well, they were available when I called, delivered the car on time, were thorough in answering my questions, explained situations and problems well and with detail, and their shop is the cleanest and nicest I've ever seen. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone else with a European car.
Thank you Euro Specialists!

They are only certified for high end European cars. They really do a fantastic job. The guy who owns it used to work at the BMW dealership as the service manager. Not only do they get to the base of the problem, but their rates are very reasonable. I went to the BMW dealership three different times to have the same things fixed, but they could not get it fixed. I went here to Euro Specialists, Inc and they found the problem and repaired it immediately. They saved me a lot of money. They once repaired something that they weren't sure if it was the problem or not. After the repair was completed, the car was still having the problem. Since the first attempt didn't complete the repair, they completed the second option at no charge and it repaired the problem. They have much better service and more reasonable prices than a dealership. They even detail your car place homemade cookies on your seat when you pick it up.

Excellent. They analyzed the problem and provided estimate and alternatives. We scheduled a time when the parts would be available. M they provided a loaner car as the service took two days. The car runs great and they wash and clean it after the service. Looks great and runs great. The car is 8 years old and they keep it running like new. Much lower price than dealer, and services the dealer said I needed turned out not to be needed. And service I did need they did at better price.
Always a pleasure to work with. I take the car there even though it's not close to my house.

Very disappointed in this shop. I took a perfect running car in for an oil change and ended up with major oil leak and pressure issues. After an oil change the low pressure indicator warning light kept coming on. They charged me $800+ to de-sluge my Audi (which the local Audi dealer will do for free I just found out). The issue was not fixed and now the car had an oil leak. They took it back to further flush the engine but when I got it back it leaked like a fountain and still the pressure issue. This car never leaked oil before they worked on it. Now they wanted several hundred more dollars to and quot;tryand quot; to fix the oil pressure issue and stop the leaks. I said, and quot;sure at no charge to meand quot;. They refused to take responsibility for the leaks and pressure issue stating that its an old car and you never know when these things will happen. I took my car over to the Audi dealer where I had to spend another $700 to fix the leak. Then, the Audi dealer quickly figured out that the oil pressure issue had to do with something other than SLUGE in the engine. That fix was $600. So, this shop experimented on my car causing damage and costing me almost $1500 for what should have cost $600. Buyer be very aware.
RESPONSE TO PROVIDER: There is nothing false about my comments and I have the paper trail to prove it. The oil has been changed every 3000-4000 miles, just not always with them due to the prices. I can document that too. As it turns out, the sludge had nothing to do with the oil pressure issue. The statement of free removal of sludge came directly from the Audi Dealer. The car has been maticulously maintained. Just because I don't fix something suggested by a repair shop doesn't mean the car is not maintained. It means I get a second opinion. To reiterate, I took a perfect running car to this shop and got back nothing but problems. And, I DON'T APPRECIATE BEING CALLED A LIAR.

Response from Euro Specialists, Inc
"We can only address the issues we found with the vehicle and the work we completed. We cannot address what work was done at another facility as we do not have any information regarding that matter. The customer came in 5-31-12 for an oil service, the last oil service at our shop was on 4-7-11, 14 months ago and the customer had driven 16,134 miles since that date. Returned on 6-19-12 with oil pressure sender light on and determined sludge build-up in the engine which is caused from not completing timely oil changes. Our charge to replace the oil pressure sender and desludge the engine was $862.42. Brought back approximately two weeks later advising now has oil leaks. After the engine is desludged, the oil begins circulating throughout the system and oil leaks are now visible. Advised customer that oil leaks are not from oil change, but now able to detect after engine desludged."

The detail above took so long I prefer to make this brief. We were relatively well satisfied with the performance overall of Euro Specialists. We live in an area with no BMW dealer, so are obliged to travel at least as far as Orlando to have the car serviced; therefore we will return to this service provider.
We are to return the car to have the glove box repaired, as they have found the needed parts. Afte ordering a new glove box from Germany, they discovered it did not fit or did not match the car inerior. Ordering this glove box was expensive, an given the have found the supports in this country and can now repair it, we have to wonder why they didn't just do that in the first place.
We called in for an appointment, got one reasonably soon, and drove in to Euro Specialists. We live approximately an hour away and planned to leave the car so our daughter followed in her own car to bring us home. We were not able to pick the car up when planned due to waiting for the glove box to arrive from Germany. We were pretty significantly inconvenienced by not having our car, and after conferring with Euro Specialists decided to drive in to pick it up. We agreed to bring it back when the glove box arrived, which it did the next day. At that time it was determined by ES that the box would not work for our car. We subsequenly left for our planned trip, and have not as yet returned the car for final glove box repair.
Insofar as we've been able to determine, the work that was done was done effieiently, and had it not been for the glove box order, in a timely manner. We are having some trouble with our air conditioning though, and will have that addressed when we return the car for job completion.

A rare combination of much better prices and better work than the dealership. They fixed a creeking in my front end that I had been living with for a year and three trips to the dealership. They always do a professional job. lots of contact while they have my car. very clean place. They fix the problem and don't try to cram a lot of other service on me. I like the way they call a few days later to follow up. I always find homebaked cookies on my front seat as I drive off.

Very good about calling us to report on what they found and asking how we wanted to proceed. Excellent communication overall and the car was done when they said it would be. Follow-up was also good.
