Dela helped my wife and I purchase a short sale home. We started by meeting with Dela at her office to express our wants and needs in a new house. Dela was great in providing feedback in the homes we looked at and also not "selling" us on any property. Dela was able to help us see the good and the bad in each property and let us make up our minds on what we felt was best for us. I was very pleased with her as a Realtor and if in the future we look to sell or buy another home we will not hesitate to call and use Dela again. I have no issues or hesitation in recommending Dela to anyone.
