Central Homes Roofing

Met with Devin for an appraisal and estimate ref replacement of our 14 year old roof. We also asked three other companies, two had higher bids and one no response. The higher bids gave us nothing more than what Central offered. They required no money down, quite surprising in todays world. Paperwork was promptly done once we moved forward with them, and ordered product was delivered three weeks later. Job was completed within two days, looked great and they left our yard as the found it, clean. County signed off on all work during and at final completion without issues. They did as they said and we are very happy with the results.

As a client of Central Homes Roofing, I have to say I’ve never been more disappointed. Three years after my roof was installed, and after the most recent hurricane, I had the roof inspected by an inspector for the first time since the roof has been installed. I didn’t see any damage from the hurricane, but I wanted to be sure. The inspector pointed out several areas where Central Florida Roofing incorrectly installed my drip lines and never sealed or secured flashing around my chimney and eve causing water damage to my home. I called Central Homes Roofing and after about a month of calling I was finally able to get Skyla over to see that damage. Skyla agreed it was installation issues. I told him all I want him to do is fix the installation issues and I would handle repairing all the wood which cost me $3100. Which was damaged due to the incorrect installation of the drip lines!! Skyla agreed he said he was going to go back talk with his service department and get back with me. After another three weeks of trying to get an answer I finally got a callback from Skyler stating I am no longer covered under warranty because we’ve been through 3 hurricanes which automatically void your warranty. I explained to Skyler that the issues have nothing to do with any type of weather related damage, the issues or installation issues again he agreed and said there was nothing that he can do. Since we have had 3 hurricanes pass through since my roof was installed, all roof warranties are automatically canceled. So that means that every customer that central Florida roofing has installed, are no longer covered just because a hurricane came through?!?!?! So everyone who had a roof installed before hurricane Ian is now out of warranty is out of warranty! Don’t get caught like I did. If you’re looking for a roof, be very careful dealing with this company, they do not stand behind their work and use weasel clauses to get out of doing the right thing.

Chase and his team very professional and knowledgeable. They made a very stressful time for us go very smoothly. The products and the work that they put into it is amazing. Their response time to any questions were prompt. I am grateful ? to have found this company or rather they found us. I would definitely with out a doubt recommend this company.

Jamel contacted me to look at the project. Supplies were delivered when promised. Workers arrived when he said they would. They worked efficiently and professionally. Jamel answered any questions that I had. He was always pleasant and helpful. The results were great. All areas were cleaned up nicely. I am very satisfied with the work that was done and have recommended the company to a few friends.

He is driving around town cutting people off and cussing them out with your company name on his truck. You have lost my business for next 60 plus years.

I would like to say that both my wife Edina and I were extremely pleased with the whole experience. From the first phone call to the end Central Homes crew were very professional and friendly. Jacob our salesman deserves special recognition, not only was he caring and concerned with our needs he took the time and effort to keep us informed of the process until the end. Everything that was promised to us was delivered on time and professionally installed. The roofing crew showed up on time and were very professional and caring, they paid special attention to detail and after the job was complete they made sure that everything was cleaned up like they weren't even there. These days its hard to find an honest caring company who's concerned about your wants and needs and does not overcharge or escalate there prices this is one excellent caring old school company. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for roof repairs or installs.

Great service from central homes. Took all the stress out of getting my roof redone. They worked with my insurance company to get everything handled.I worked with my first point of contact straight to the owner of the company and these guys really do care of the quality of their craftsmanship. These are honest people and are dedicated. They are the first roofing company I have ever hired and will be the last!

Inspection seemed to go well, but we later found a few minor problems which should have been have been found and fixed under Angie's List offer. No reply to email asking them to fix the problems or give us an estimate for the fixes.

My husband and I are so happy with the way Central Homes treated us and our home through the re-roof process. They came in on time and gave us an estimate. They offered a bunch of upgrades and add on's which were nice. The salesman was very professional and answered all of our questions. Once we scheduled the roof replacement, the owner came out the day of and introduced us to the crew which I thought was nice. The workers were very clean and professional. The job was done perfectly and right on schedule. They cleaned up everything and left my property spotless. Afterwards the salesman came back out and did a walk through to make sure everything was satisfactory. I have recommended Central Homes to all of my friends and family.

From start to finish the entire project went smoothly and on time. The owner of the company was directly involved in every detail or issue or question. They were very clean and not leave any nails or debris after completing the job.

Their pricing was competitive and gave us upgrade options. They also gave me labor & material warranties. I got a solar attic fan installed, it extracts hot air out from the attic making the house feel much cooler. We absolutely love it and loved the service we received. I highly recommend this company!
