Awesome job! They literally do everything for a mower tune up. It starts on one pull! Very professional and nice showroom too.

I was both shocked and amazed at the thoroughness and extent of the service that Boynton provided. They cleaned the gas tank, replaced the seal, replaced the spark plug, replaced the old beat-up blade, replaced abused dirty air filter, got it running on a single pull again, and delivered it to me clean and in sparkling condition. What also amazed me was that they did not charge me the advertised 1-hour labor rate (labor was a little more than 1/2 hour labor). I've used them before (after making the mistake of taking equipment to an inept competitor) and will continue to use them.
Prices appear fair and well worth my time to begin bringing my mower to them on an annual basis. By the time I go to Home Depot and/or Lowe's and purchase air filter, spark plug, gasket, new blade and air filter; and then try installing these myself, I'd be well beyond the price they charged me.
They answered every question that I had. They were professional and courteous. They help me load my and quot;almost newand quot; mower into my vehicle and they even attached the bag of replaced parts!

I had an extra Toro push mower that needed an oil fill tube replaced. I just wanted to get it fixed so I could give it away or sell it. I was expecting to pay the usual minimum labor costs but was pleased to have them tell me that if I was only fixing to give away that they give used mowers to Lake Mary High School for a class in small engine repair. So I was able to leave the mower at Boynton at no cost and at the same time contribute to a good cause.

I took the lawn mower to Boynton on a Saturday. They called saying they were finished in the middle of the week. I picked the mower up on the next Saturday. The staff explained the problem and how it could be prevented in the future. They did not try to perform extra work or sell me additional parts or service. The labor rate seemed a little high, but I don't know if it is out of line for the area and they didn't pad the number of hours.

Called Wed. and they came out within an hour this is Friday morning and it is parked back in it spot in the garage.

Sometimes the best report is on the work that is NOT done. I took my Toro mower to Boyton because I just didn't want to spend a better part of a weekend working on a lawn mower. The guy at Boyton (I think his name was John) told me I probably just needed to tighten a cable and that should fix the problem, and that I could just do it myself. He was right, and it didn't take long to do. He didn't have the switch mount in stock, but he offered to order it for me. (I decided just to try and fix it first.) All of this advice cost me nothing but the drive to the shop. A dishonest shop would have taken in the mower and maybe charged me for work I really didn't need. I will definitely take my mower to Boyton when I really do have a problem.
