I contacted the vendor by email and/or phone on the following dates: 100617 160617 300617. Received no response. I would appreciate at least a return phone call.

He was very polite and everything. He said he was way too far. He told me to call Angie's List for more handymen. He was polite, professional and very honest.

Bob came the same day I called, showed me the before and after pictures, and was very professional and honest.
I will use his services in the future, and would highly recommend him.

Perfect. I have contracted with Bob for repairs at my home, rental properties and in my real estate business. He is reliable, honest, dependable and always completes the job to my satisfaction.

He came to walk around and go over my list. He was good in the sense that he told me some short cuts I could take and recommended that I not do certain things unless the home inspector asked for them at time of sale. Turned out this saved me money! I thought he was a little expensive on the items he did do, but overall, he did a good job, was easy to work with and since he suggested not doing some of the jobs, he was inexpensive overall. I would definately hire him again.

Bob paid great attention to detail. He did all of the work himself. He cleaned up after the job. He was friendly and conscientious.

I have always been happy with Bob's work and he always responds quickly. Usually, he will assess the problem and return another day to effect the repairs. He has an hourly rate on some items and then assesses a flat fee on others.
