Everything was fine. I was probably there for half an hour. Their overall service is an A. It was excellent. I bought the car there, the oil doesn't cost me anything. The $10.00 is just for the labor. I have what they call their VIP membership, so the oil doesn't cost you anything. All you have to do is pay the $10.00 for them to change the oil, and that is it. It's cheap, quick; I go in, leave the car, wait on it. Usually, its done in a half hour or 40 minutes at the most. It is just quick and easy and cheap. I give the waiting room an A. They have snacks, sodas for you and water that doesn't cost you anything. I get free popcorn, but everybody has that. It is a well done set-up. They take care of you.

Back in 2015, we had the above work done on a 2006 Nissan Altima. The car began acting up, and we took a two and independent very good mechanic who said that everything had been torque too tightly and the spark plug in fact broke off. The spark plug was cracked. He said this happened when the engine gasket repair occurred. I called the service manager Bill Ray Nissan and he said that since it was just over a year, it was out of warranty. He accused us at another mechanic had done the damage and denied any wrongdoing. We had to pay over $600 to correct the damage. The dealership refused any responsibility. We won't be back.

Their service is just average.

It was a wonderful experience. We’ve been here 9 years so we’ve been going there for 8 years. It was absolutely just the most beautiful service I’ve seen in my life. The price was reasonable. I actually wrote a huge nice congratulatory letter. I wrote in the letter one particular service writer who saw and made sure that the whole thing was done from the beginning to the end appropriately so I included that gentleman in the rating. I think that it’s important just like Angie’s List that talks about good guys and bad guys. The price was a little pricey.

We bought two vehicles from them last year. They are very friendly, courteous and professional. They are actually quick when we go in there for oil change and they keep me under thirty minutes. There is a nice waiting room there with TV's where we can wait. When we are buying a car they are not very pushy and they are very informative on the vehicles that they have. The salesperson that we used is Rick Vatter and we've used him for the last eight years.

Responded rapidly to question that I had about that - from the beginning of my interactions with them, their responsiveness has been nothing less than outstanding. To give background, had requested quotes on a specific vehicle and options to replace my totaled vehicle via a service provided by my auto association. They were the first to respond with a quote that was lower than the other 2 dealers.
As well, contrary to the other dealers, they had one contact who was responsible throughout the negotiation process (the others had varying folks contacting - obvious one hand wasn't talking to the other). Finally, while minutes from signing on the car I wanted, they didn't stop working -- Stopped me as had realized that, w/available rebates, could step up to next trim model w/same options (and some had thought couldn't afford as only come w/upstep in trim) for just a couple hundred more. One look and knew I had found my new baby - that extra effort means the world in addition to the continued follow-up to ensure happy w/my purchase. To me, that means the world - working for a company where we concentrate similarly on care and service, it was a great example.

It was really easy and it was fast.

I bought my car at Bill Ray Nissan and I have a VIP badge, where they give me a discount. I can get things like the oil change done cheaper than I can someplace else, because they use synthetic oil. They follow up on there work. After they've called me afterwards to see if everything is fine. They generally will send me some emails sometimes, also, if they have specials on different things. They're very courteous. Like when they just did the car, they brought me home. My wife brought me there but she wasn't able to pick me up.

Excellent. Will definitely take our vehicle there from now on.

They offer good customer service. They always seem to go above and beyond to get the job done. They are friendly and polite and are accommodating with scheduling to make it work for you. I have used them for four years and haven't went to anyone else but them. I have bought three new cars from them in the past four years.

It was very expensive. In the past I have been satisfied with their work but I wasn’t overly satisfied the last time. That was because the parts could have been replaced under warranty if it had been done 2 months ago. The problem had existed for the last 6 months but they had told me that the problem was with something else. They said they would take 15% off the labor charges which brought it down from $1150 to around $900.

I was very happy with the job they did. The prices were very competitive so I thought that was fair. The quality of the work they did on the body was excellent, and they didn't take too long to give me my car back. I was very satisfied with them because of that.

I bought a used car and had them do whatever work needed to be done to the car. I found them to be very congenial, service oriented and I do not have any complaints against them.
