They never showed up or even called to say they were running late. Their office was closed, so when I called, no one answers. they didn't give me the technicians number, and he didn't call. I called the tenants at noon and told them he wasn't coming and to go on with their plans. At nearly 3PM, the technician called and said he would be over in 20 minutes. By then I was 40 miles away doing appointments. I told him to forget it if he could even call to say he was running late. Very inconsiderate and unprofessional.

They were prompt, courteous, and very knowledgeable about appliances. The problem was user-error, and he just charged a service call.

We were very pleased with the service performed. The technician was very good. He did not come during the hours we were told he would, but we learned that the person who regularly schedules appointments was not working, and the technician was not aware we were given a specific time frame. He did return the next day with the necessary parts and repaired the ice maker in no time. If we would have changed the filter as we should have, we could have saved ourselves a service call. We burnt up 2 valves because all the machine was getting air! Lesson learned, CHANGE YOUR FILTER REGULARLY!!
