When I scheduled the appointment, I was told the charge would be $199. When the bill came, there was an added $5.97 "service charge". I told the technicians who came to my home that I had 2 problems: my rooftop pool solar heating panels had leaks, and they leaked even when the 3-way valve was closed. The technician cycled the valve, and said it worked. I pointed out to him the panels were still leaking even though the valve was closed. He said that was just the residual water "leaking". I have subsequently had the actuator assembly in the valve replaced (by someone else), and the heating panels no longer leak. Incompetence!
