The inspection went very well, and Randy answered all of our questions and explained things to us as he did the inspection. He was very personable and patient with our questions. The report he generated afterward provided a wealth of knowledge about the home and there were many details and pictures in the report. Afterward, Randy was helpful in answering a few last questions that we had. We felt confident in the knowledge of the condition of the home and will be purchasing it as a result of the thorough inspection that Randy did.

Randy was very professional both on the phone and in person. He listened to my concerns and needs when I first called him. He arrived promptly at our scheduled appointment, and proceeded to do a thorough inspection of a property which I was considering buying as an investment.
