I have an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau and am one of the first home inspectors to have become licensed under the new licensing requirement by the state of Florida. I also am a member of the National Association of Certified Home Inspectors and also am certified by the International Code Council. Additionally, I am a Quality Control Inspector subcontracted to the U.S. department of Housing and Urban Development and a Disaster Housing Specialist. My schedule is very flexible, and there are no trip fees.
