Rick is always prompt, works hard, and gets the job done well. I have used Rick's services over the last 12 years, and he always does a great job. Goes above and beyond. He doesn't even mind dealing with my dogs. :)

I was very satisfied with Alderman"s Carpet Service. Rick A. was prompt, courteous, and very friendly. I have a silk 9X6 Oriental carpet......Maggie, the dog, had an accident......but I knew it needed a professional cleaning. Rick started using the large machine...but it kept sucking in the rug.....so, Rick was on his hands and knees for the next 1/2 hour and not complaining. I liked that Rick told me to call him back if there were any spots to see after the rug dried. I am happy with the job, I felt the charge for the cleaning was reasonable. I was happy with Rick's personality and professionalism. I would hire him again

Mark arrived on time and was very professional - he was here about 2 1/2 hours and the carpets look great. So far none of the stains have reappeared. We are satisfied and would use this company again.
