We had an alarm installed by another company that did not work, they had tried to fix it several times, and we did not want to deal with them any longer. Jay was great on the phone, and sent his techs out. They arrived exactly when they said they would, worked on the problem, identified a missing part, ordered it and installed it the next day. The alarm works great! Professional, courteous, on time and VERY reasonable. The repair was included in the cost of monitoring. I got him as a referral, and can see why they have never needed to advertise!
