I pay about $220 a year and I get semi-annual service. I haven't compared shops so I would have to give them an "A" for price. They come out first thing in the morning probably the day that they promised, so their punctuality is top. They usually are clean and well-dressed. They're good people.

Air Tech could come same day to look at my system. They had a quote prepared early the next day and then I scheduled the service call easily. They were on time, both times. They had everything they needed to get the job done. This was so easy, or so they made it seem.

"Thank you for your feedback. We always strive for 100% customer satisfaction. To address the issues you raised I looked at the invoice and spoke with the office personnel who took your call and the technician who performed the work. The Senior Discount was given. It is true that we do not advertise on Angie's List and no one to my knowledge has ever requested the discount. It was part of our profile created so long ago that the person answering the phone was not aware. She confirmed the discount with me and you were given the full discount. With regard to the price, I show that we arrived, diagnosed the problem, gave you the cost to repair, went and picked up the part and repaired the system all in the same day. Our pricing is flat rate which means that the same price is given regardless of which technician is sent to perform the work. This ensures that the same price is charged to you and your neighbors regardless of which technician is sent to repair the system. With regard to the price of the part on the internet, I am not aware of original Carrier manufacturer parts being sold to the public on the internet so I have no idea of what type of pricing you are looking at. I can assure you that the part was much more expensive than you indicated. We received your authorization to perform the work at the price given prior to any work being done. I found this company through our home warranty company, American Home Shield. We have an old system, and the compressor had to be ordered. When it came in, the company came out and did a great job of installing it. They were polite and courteous. They saved the day, and now we have AC. Highly recommended.

We love them. We have used them for four years. He is a terrific guy. He came out and did an assessment of our A/C system and worked really hard to get us the best deal to buy. There were too many units and he did all the duct work in the attic and slashed the price. He was amazing and really off the charts. I highly recommend that company. We have a maintenance agreement with them and their technician was out next week and they come out twice a year. They are very honest and very good.

We have a service contract with this company and that has always gone well. Repair was needed after a home inspection. The company sent someone out the next morning. Response was great and much appreciated since the Memorial Day weekend was coming. Brian and Jeff have both serviced the A/C system and they are knowledgeable and professional. On the evap coil repair, the bill was actually less than the estimate due to the fact that they were able to use less refrigerant. That was a pleasant surprise!

His techs were very courteous and prompt. Brian was especially knowledgable and had to come back to adjust my ductwork which they did at no extra cost (small change, nothing had to be re-run) Andy was willing to work somewhat on the price and I got my new Trane unit installed. So far it has been running well and working as it should. I haven't had service on it yet, I will wait to see if there service is as good as their installation and they'll keep me as a customer. Good experience all around.

Office personnel were very accommodating. Technician was very knowledgeable and explained everything that needed to be done. He did the work in a timely manner and did a good job. Although this company is a little more expensive than others, I would recommend because they will not have to come back to redo.

The technician came to my house within several hours of being called. He was very nice about clearing the clogged drain and inspecting the rest of the air conditioner. He explained the need to drain the air conditioner and which filters to use with this type of system.
