The building managers, a large national company, felt the quote was high so they brought in their own trusted vendor to also do a walkthrough and quote. They sent out 5 different people to walk it over three weeks. The building manager was then embarrassed because their vendors came in much higher and wasted a lot of time on both sides.
And to put the nail in the coffin of the other vendors, Advanced Services then executed the proposal with no complications and completed the project within a week of their estimate. This is our first experience with their team, and we promise it won?t be the last. Great job!
