Charlie was great. When I left him alone, he worked quietly and efficiently. When I hung around, he was a great conversationalist. He gave me some pointers on how to keep some of the damage from happening again. For all you men out there - your oily heads are damaging your leather upholstery. Protect it!

IT WAS WONDERFUL. THEY CAME TO THE HOUSE AND PICKED UP THE CUSHION AND BROUGHT IT BACK PROMPTLY AND IT LOOKED BRAND NEW. I WOULD DEFINITELY USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN.
