I have been with Absolute for several years now, and they have been a godsend in helping manage my property.  Their rates are reasonable, response times very good, and they've even gone the extra mile to help the occasional minor crisis, such as a blown AC compressor, etc.  They've also kept the property in a near 100 percent occupancy, despite some nightmare tenants.
10/10 will rent again

Elaine Backscheider was recommended to us by a friend and we were so glad we choose to work with her. It was amazing how easy it was to reach her when we had questions and her promptness at returning our calls was appreciated. Finding the right home was really important and doing it on our own wasn't working out. After talking with Elaine, she was able to quickly find options for us to see, even making it enjoyable at times in the summer heat. It was really important to her that we understood the process, she is extremely knowledgeable which resulted in no surprises for us, a win-win in our eyes. On closing day, I couldn't imagine it going any smoother. They handed us our keys and the rest is history. Elaine, thank you from the bottom of our hearts for all your hard work. You're the best!!

Gave us fantastic background insight and advice into pricing, responded quickly to any and all queries, and just did an amazing job selling our house much faster than I would have ever dreamed possible. And she's very nice to boot!
