Fantastic, as always ! We love doing business with A-Lynn's Window Repair, and have been using them for over 11 years for our rental house and our main home in Bay Hill ! Prompt, polite, professional, precise, and reasonably priced considering the aggravating nature of windows and sliding glass doors when they malfunction. They fixed our windows and sliding glass door to " like-new " condition !! We will always use this AWESOME service, and most highly recommend them for any and all window repairs !

They were fabulous. Arrived on-time for one job and performed three more jobs for us while they were there (when we realized we had more things we needed done that they could repair for us). Everything works great and they were friendly and professional. Fantastic!

I went to the shop when they didn't show up the first time and the guy said they were there. I was there, they weren't.
The second chance they showed up. No spline on the truck. I went to Lowe's to get the spline and when I returned they were gone

Everything went very well and very smoothly. Luis was very professional and very competent. The lady who answered the phone was even able to honor my request for a quick turnaround. I was extremely pleased.

I've used A-Lynn several times... they installed a beautiful new sliding glass door for me, and they've also repaired two old, hard-to-use, sliding glass doors. I really appreciate how they try to fix your current issue instead of simply replacing it. For example, on the most recent visit, we were ready to have a whole new sliding glass door installed because it seemed in really bad condition, but Luis took a look at it and said he could replace the rollers/track for much less and that should help the majority of the issues we were having. 
Punctuality is sometimes a challenge with this company, I have to be honest. But Jane, the person who answers the phone, is really good about trying to give you as accurate of a time frame as possible and letting you know "how much later" the crew will be. 
I will definitely use them again... i'll just plan my time accordingly, knowing that the timing may not be exactly what you think it's going to be.

It was very good experience. They came and were on time. They were quick about their work. Overall it was a good experience. They where here when they said they would.

It went well. I thought it was a bit expensive but the gentleman that came out was excellent. He was very polite and made sure to clean up before he left.

They were super friendly and easy to get along with. They did exactly what I wanted the first time. When they delivered the screens I forgot one and they measured it and said they would have it back out in a couple of days. I would use them again.

The team did a thorough job of measuring for the estimate and the final work reflected that. They were very professional in their work and in working with their office.

IT WAS GREAT. EVERY WINDOW FIT PERFECTLY. THEY WERE DONE EXACTLY WHEN THEY SAID THEY WERE GOING TO BE DONE. THEIR MATERIAL SEEMED TO BE GOOD. THEY'RE NOT FAR AWAY FROM WHERE WE ARE, AND ONCE WE FOUND THEM, THEY WERE REALLY GOOD. WE BROUGHT IN SOME OF THE OLD SCREENS, AND THEY USED THEM TO RECREATE THE NEW ONES. THEY KNOW THEIR STUFF.
