Description of Work: I just went online and ordered. They were at my house within the week. Wasnt home for installation but everything looks and works great. I have 50 mbs and phone. I run 3phones, 3 playstations, and tablet.

The technician arrived just a couple of hours after we called (and we live in a rural area 18 miles from Windstream's office), took just a few minutes to survey the damage, and resolved all issues in about an hour. Because his job, strictly speaking, was just to repair the DSL cable, we assumed our next call would be to DirecTV, our television service provider. So imagine our surprise and delight when the technician also untangled the three TV coaxial cables, tracked them to the source and restored our television service as well! We tried to tip him for the extra work, but he waved it aside, saying something like: and quot;I don't like messes, and the best way to get your Internet service working without leaving your post in a mess was to rerun the cables too,
Description of Work: Our outside power post - which also carries our DSL connection - was vandalized by local teenagers. Windstream sent out a technician the same day we called them, and all problems were resolved in just an hour or so.
