Technician arrived promptly and introduced himself. He reminded me that he pressure cleaned my house several years ago and was familiar with my property. I showed him around and pointed out particular items that required a gentle touch. Specifically, I asked if he could gently wash my 30-ft travel trailer which was totally covered in mildew. He agreed. He pointed out some spider webs in particularly high areas of which he could not guarantee their removal. He then proceeded to move my heavy potted plants from the deck to a safe area. We parted and he went to work removing equipment from his van and trailer, setting up, and pressure cleaning. A couple of times I observed the technician. He used a ladder to access appropriate areas and worked continuously, from 8:30am until nearly 1pm. I graded this vendor with nearly all A's. I gave a B to professionalism. It was not for his appearance (long hair) nor his ettiquette which was very good considering where I live. It is obviously my bias against cigarette smoking. I only saw him smoke one cigarette but I cannot help wondering if, or when, I will find the remains of the cigarette butt somewhere in my yard. All in all, the services are great. He even remove the highest spiderwebs! I will use this vendor again. I checked average cost of professional pressure washing and this vendor's charges are VERY REASONABLE. Next time I will ask the technicians to pack their butts out with them, just to be sure.
