Trice's service did a good job actually mowing the lawn and doing the edging, but they rarely ever did any of the other work, which on our lawn represents about half the work. I called many times over the course of the year to complain, and Richard Trice told me each time that the situation would be remedied, but it never was. I finally had to take care of some of the work myself, but when I docked his pay and wrote him a letter explaining why, he got very belligerent and threatened to put a lien on my house!
