My experience with him was superb. He responded very promptly & came out. He suggested that we go with Lexan for some of the windows (which we ended up using on 17 of our windows) and he also suggested we use Gortex on some of the larger windows in our home. He came, measured everything & advised us that he didn't take any money down to start the work. He does all the manufacturing & cutting of the shutters himself, the work is not outsourced. We submitted our permit for the work and within about 3 to 4 weeks, the permit was processed & he started the work exactly as he had promised. He himself was there to do the job. When the entire project was done he then asked for payment. His price was 50% less than the other company we looked at going with & that was without using Lexan or Gortex! He was a very courteous & educated man, who knows what he's doing. I would recommend him highly. He's personable & even one time when he was in Jamaica, he returned my call from there. I would use him.
