After picking three listings that I actually wanted to see they said to see any property, they wanted an exclusive listing, a pre-qualification letter from THEIR lender or they wouldn't work with me. This was all after I had told them I was selling another property and wanted a simple look see to see whether properties there would fit my needs. It was a complete bait and switch and waste of my time--I could have gone through the listings on my own on the internet. What I wanted and they said they would do, when I initially spoke with them, was to actually tour a few properties. There was no mention of committing to anything.
