"We are so sorry you feel this way [Member Name Removed] . We sincerely apologise if our cleaning wasn't up to your standards. As we discussed during the Estimate, we do Not move furniture to clean unless easily movable. However we do move objects unless the area is very cluttered , which the majority of the home is severely cluttered so we did our best with what we had to work with. In regards to being on time , for all of our clients we call the day before to let them know we are coming and remind them of the time. Communication is key , when we call a cell phone and send text as well as call a home phone with no response, there is no communication. We schedule the following clean at the current cleaning in person so as to be completely clear on your next cleaning time and date. The only time we had communicated was at the clean , never once were we able to get in touch over the phone. Moreover we sat at the front gate most every time with the guards who had no idea we were coming to let us in, who also could not get in touch via phone. So maybe the key here is communication, had we known you were displeased with the service we might have had the chance to correct your concerns."
