everything was fine until he stole 43 baseboards that he had me over order so he could take them at the end. he had me order 68 baseboards, used 20 and stole the rest, along with the underlayment and the quarter round mould that goes with the baseboards. Im sure he does this to every client without them knowing, I just happened to inventory the equipment that I purchased. I have him on my ring taking the baseboards out of my garage and cutting them down. Mind you he wasn't there to help his workers all week. He came the last day just to take the extra material.

"We would like to genuinely acknowledge our mistake and express our sincere regret and offer Mr. & Mrs Hicks an apology. We apologize for any inconvenience & frustration caused by this situation but our intentions were always to adjust the bill accordingly. The customer hired us and we did complete the project. The invoice even has updates needed as the customer has not paid in full yet. We tried to explain to the customer that the baseboards delivered were left outside and were damaged by rain. As the flooring company hired - we were in charge of receiving the baseboards and signed off on them. We accept the responsibility of them being wet. Our mistake was to not inform the customer what happened the day they were damaged by rain water. We used what was good and discarded the rest with intentions of replacing the customers materials. It was very difficult to explain to the customer what happened in person once he found that the rest of the baseboards were not there. He ordered 700 Linear ft of baseboards and we installed 350 linear feet of the 700 linear feet. We then went and purchased the missing baseboards since it was our fault and delivered his remaining baseboards the same day we finished. We delivered to him 24 pieces of 16 foot long baseboards equalling 384 Linear ft of baseboards. Customer's full bill was: $16,317.00 and he paid: $9,280. The customer's invoice shows a balance due of: $7,037.00. This does not include the baseboards materials because this issue happened the day we finished and have yet been able to speak with the customer in order to adjust the invoice to reflect materials. It was difficult to speak with the customer as he was extremely upset because the issue was not explained to him right when the incident happened. We completely understand and we are happy to discuss the full bill with the customer or you (Angi's) to be able to resolve the customer's discontent."

I hired this company based on their ratings and materials. Under the assumption and offered a quote of water proofed laminated paid over $3650 and additionally paid over $600 to level certain parts of the floors which they claimed they did in 30 minutes and did not even install simple insulation or left enough extension space. Now my floors are worped and moving. These guys seem friendly but extremely unprofessional. They said they can partially repair my floors unbelievable and than they donâ t return calls. I will report them every agency possible be aware of these guys.

The company was very organized and explained all options for our situation. We have a few odd shaped stairs that were not installed properly by the first contractor we used. Wowsers! If we had to summarize our flooring install it would be just that. Foundation Plus Services did a PHENOMENAL job on our floors. Our journey started last fall when I decided to take on our 1-room DIY flooring job. As we began researching the dos and donts of flooring installation we realized that this was a job meant for a professional. We visited all of the big box retail stores and even some smaller local mom and pops. While their flooring products are good, their installation prices were outrageous! As we began to narrow down our material choice we decided to go all-in and have our entire house installed with Luxury Vinyl Plank (1950sqft.) This consisted of removing the ceramic tiles in our wet areas & foyer and carpet. One inquiry on HomeAdvisor led to this amazing company. Israel & Madelyn took care of us from start to finish. NEVER at anytime did we feel pressured or rushed in our decision. Israel came out in October to measure our home to provide a solid estimate. My wife and I waffled back and forth rather or not this was something that we really wanted to do. Finally in March (yes 6 months later) we decided to pull the trigger. One call to Madelyn and we were off and running. We were told that our project would take a week to complete. The flooring crew arrived on the date and time as scheduled and immediately got to work. We did not want to take off work so we left the house to them all five days. Every day when we returned from work our project progressed significantly. The installers took great care of the furniture they moved and made sure we had a "livable" space to live in every night. We never worried about anything. The installers even recommended that we install an underlayment due to the poor quality of our foundation. I could go on and on about the great service that Israel and his team provided to us.
