 + -1 moreThe job went flawlessly and the results were very satisfying. The experience with Excelsior Floorcare was A+++ compared to the other provider that was F- - -. Omar and Jose spent additional time on difficult areas such as the footppints left by the previous provider. (Acid was used to clean the grout as an initial step. I think the previous provider stepped in the acid and it attacked/softened his shoe soles which left imprints throughout the house.) And Excelsior Floorcare did not hesitate to repeat their cleaning procedure when requested to do so. In addition, Excelsior Floorcare uses modern equipment. The van is equipped with a vacumn, scrubbing, and water suction unit that is powered by a self contained power supply thereby avoiding plugging into the client's electrical system which would be an additional cost to the client.
Description of Work: Omar and Jose cleaned approximately 1050 square feet of tile and grout and sealed the grout including the kitchen, three bathrooms, a laundry area and additional living areas. The job was particularly difficult, because Excelsior Floorcare was called in to clean up the mess left by another tile cleaning company the was hired for the same job one week earlier.
