I RECEIVED A REFERRAL FROM MY REALTOR FOR CLEAN MOVES SO I EXPECTED TO GET HIGH QUALITY SERVICE. THIS DID NOT HAPPEN. FIRST, THE PRICE FOR CLEANING WAS ORIGINALLY $250, BUT I GOT A CALL LESS THAN 24 HOURS IN ADVANCE OF SERVICE THAT THEY COULD NOT GET ENOUGH STAFF TO DO THE JOB AND THAT THEY WOULD NOT BE ABLE TO CLEAN THE WINDOWS. THE JOB THEY DID, HOWEVER, WAS HORRIBLE. THE KITCHEN FLOOR HAD BEEN SWEPT ONLY AND HAD EVERY SPOT WE LEFT AFTER THE RAINY, DIRTY MOVE. IT WAS FILTHY. SOME BASE BOARDS WERE LEFT UNTOUCHED, AN EMBARRASSING COAT OF DUST LEFT ON TOP OF THE REFRIGERATOR (WE PAID $50 EXTRA FOR APPLIANCES), OBVIOUS SPOTS ON THE WOOD FLOORS AND WINDOW SEALS PARTIALLY CLEANED. THIS WAS AN EXTREMELY POOR JOB FOR BIG BUCKS. ANYONE CAN MAKE A MISTAKE BUT THIS WASN'T EVEN CLOSE. MY ADVICE IS NOT TO USE THEM.
Description of Work: CLEAN MOVES SPECIALIZES IN CLEANING HOMES THAT HAVE BEEN RECENTLY SOLD OR PURCHASED. THEY CLEAN HOMES WITH NO FURNITURE INSIDE. CLEAN MOVES WAS HIRED TO GIVE THE HOUSE A THOROUGH CLEANING, INCLUDING FLOORS, BASE BOARDS, GARAGE, WINDOWS, APPLIANCES, CABINETS, BATHROOM, FANS AND DRAWERS.
