Services we offer
We do lock rekeys, repairs and new installations for both residential and commercial hardware! We also do lockouts within a limited range due to keeping response times to a minimal and to make sure you receive the utmost in customer service! If it is too far from our office then it is not possible for us to give you the response time you need in an emergency situation!

Competent and professional service to rekey all locks from a new move; and Mr. King fixed the sticking front door as a bonus. It's important also to feel safe in dealing with a business who has your keys, and safe is the way Doug King made me feel rekeying my house for me. I also now have a locksmith who is available for emergency calls should anything happen. There was a senior discount to boot! Very happy with everything.

The locksmith I used was wonderful! This guy was professional, on time and fair. He gave me a senior discount on the ad just like it said that it would. For $225.33, he did seven locks in two houses. It was two different locations, once in Valrico, Fl the other one 17 miles away in Tampa, He did the house here after he finished that we both agreed to meet at the house in Tampa, which he did. He was waiting on me when I got there, came in and did that house. He did a great job. If I had to have any type of locksmith work, even though I know he in Lithia and we're moving to this Tampa address, I would still call him to do this service. I had them all keyed to be the same lock in each house, so it would only be one key. What I like about it was I got three keys for each house. So that's seven locks that are all keyed identical and I got a total of six keys; three for each house. I thought it was more than fair than what I found online. I called him, and he called me in one hour. He was supposed to be here at 8 but sat in the truck 10 to eight, but sat in the truck until eight o'clock, I thought that was nice. As I said he offered a discount for seniors and he immediately remembered that, didn't have to remind him at all. He gave me the discount and said I want to be sure to keep my word to do that. That impressed me because with most people they'll give it to you but you have to say remember I'm a senior even though you can look at me and tell I'm one, but not him.

My front door bottom latch broke and Doug showed up in a few hours and fixed it. While he was there he noticed the deadbolt was not properly installed and reset that too. He explained everything and did a through job.

Both times I have called, Doug has shown up within a few hours. He is very professional and does an excellent job. During both jobs, he fixed other things with our doors that we didn't even know we're a problem. I wouldn't use any other company. He is reasonably priced and very responsive. Extremely professional and caring. He quickly unlocked the car and charged his regular fee. He came over around 9:30 PM and didn't charge any additional fees like others do.

Doug was available to come to my home the same day that I called. After talking about various options for replacing the front door handle set and deadbolt, he agreed to accompany me to a local home improvement store for me to purchase a new handle set. After returning from the store, he completed all the previously mentioned tasks in a timely manner. Doug was a very nice and personable provider. The various services he performed and the information/education he provided was well worth his fee. If I need locksmith services in the future, I will use him and highly recommend him to anyone in need of locksmith services.

I called Mr. King around 3:30, on the afternoon of Wednesday, July 24, 2013, and I explained my needs to him. Due to the late hour and heavy rain, he wasn't able to come until the next morning. I live about 45 minutes away from Mr. King but wished an out-of-area locksmith due to break-in's I have been having. Mr. King was good enough to travel that distance to help me. He was very punctual the next morning and stayed for several hours. Not only did he have to cut new holes to accommodate the new dead bolts, he also fixed both doors so they operate smoothly and without sticking (which I really appreciated because one of the doors I used a lot and usually have trays of food to handle while trying to get that door open.) I found Mr. King to be very professional, highly skilled and highly knowledgeable. I would, most assuredly, use Mr. Kings services again and can recommend his service to anyone who might need his services.

I unfortunately called a different lock service initially. The company sent a young guy that seemed to not have the appropriate tools or the knowledge to do the job, so I contacted Doug. He came over very quickly, since he lived nearby. After Doug arrived, the door was open in about 15 seconds from the time he arrived. He gave me a break on the cost, since the first company charged a cancellation fee. I have used his company before and was very satisfied in the past. I recommend calling him, even if you have to wait a little while for him to come. He will treat you right.

Called at 10:00 p.m., Doug arrived at 10:30, replaced lock, installed two sliding glass door deadbolts, checked other locks and deadbolts. He was professional, competent and very helpful, The price was reasonable, particularly for a night call. We would definitely call Doug again.

All work performed professionally. Two door locks changed. He attempted to replace and then rekey a third door lock but he advised it would be best to replace the door and subsequently reduced his original estimate
