Jim called right away and made an appointment and texted me when he was running a bit late which was professional to let me know so I could reschedule or accept his later arrival. First off he reviewed where the termite infestation were and he told us the termites would best be treated in this case by tenting house since spot treatments would ruin cabinets and would most likely not take care of the issue in this case because it was too widespread. The ants and spiders required treatment inside and out. We set appointment and he returned on time and he did both for us and worked around our dogs so they would not interfere nor be affected by the treatments. There will be a few maintenance visits in the coming weeks because these type of ants are difficult to kill completely. The yard treatments will also take care of fleas since we have a couple of dogs and periodically the fleas flare up so that is a bonus.

Thought I had bed bugs but, turned out I had fleas. My house was treated then he came back 10 days later to follow up. Also redo as I thought I still had fleas.
