After receiving outrageously priced estimates from local vendors, I decided to submit a quote request via Costco's Flooring & Tile program. I was amazed how much considerably lower the quote was in comparison to other quotes I received. I learned Costco contracts Kuhn Flooring to complete floor projects here in South Florida. It was a pleasure to work with Kuhn Flooring to complete my home floor project. I met with Brad, the consultant, to discuss my project needs. Brad was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He extended a tremendous amount of patience and offered invaluable advice to ensure I was satisfied. Brad even took the time to drop off a sample of the product for my consideration. What impressed me most about Brad was his diligence and timely follow through. He promptly returned calls and text messages, as well as ensured the established estimated timeline for completion of the project was met. The installers were equally impressive. They arrived at my home on time as scheduled. They were very organized, friendly, and worked diligently throughout the two days it took to finish the project. It is difficult to completely express how happy my wife and I are with our new vinyl laminate floors. Our home has a more elegant and clean look. I will definitely use Kuhn Flooring again for any future floor projects. I highly recommend them!!!!!

Pele showed up when he said he would, brought samples twice to match the cabinets and existing marble. The installers were professional, courteous and exacting. I would recommend Pele at Kuhn Flooring to anyone!

This is the 2nd time ive used Kuhn for hardwood floors and am very satisfied. Workers show up on time, take minimal breaks and are very proffesional. My sales guy Ken and my installer Arvitis I would highly recommend.

Four installers arrived on time.  They removed the old carpeting and then prepared the bare floors.  A moisture proof pad was put down and then the laminate was installed over the pad.
The workers were careful and very polite.  They cleaned up after themselves and worked all day with only one short break of 20 minutes.  The job was done in one day.  The furniture was put back in place according to our directions.
We were pleased with the work that was performed.  We chose this company because it is a Costco provider.  As such, there is a 2-year warranty on the laminate flooring.

Excellent . Co-owner ,Jim hamway came out to personally consult and give me best options. Installation was flawless. His crew came out on time. They were very prompt and professional and from what I could tell, master craftsman.
Floors look gorgeous. We would definitely use them again. I also felt very comfortable since I was dealing directly with one of the owners of the company who has over 30 years experience in the flooring business.

Sales and Installation were wonderful. Truly nice people to work with. Large selection and very competitive prices.  I would certainly use them again.

Great experience with no problems.   Sales person (Gary) was very helpful and knowledgeable.    Installer was prompt and completed the installation with no problems.

They started on Monday morning and were finished by Tuesday afternoon. The quote included moving all furniture, removing existing wall to wall carpeting and underlay, install new sound barrier and waterproof material and install a high quality laminated floor. The job was finished 1 day early, and we could not be happier. We ran into a problem with the 2 labor guys forgetting to lay down some plastic sheets on the stairs leading to the first floor, staining the carpet a bit. We brought this issue up with Kuhn on day of commissioning, they immediately offered for us to order Stanley Steamer and just send them the bill. True to their word the bill was paid 2 days after I scanned and sent it back to them as promised.
Overall we were extremely satisfied with the service, delivery, and customer service they have provided us with. We would use them again without thinking about it and would suggest them to anybody reading this passage.

Kuhn Flooring, particularly Jim Hamway, was referred to me by my designer. We recently bought a home in Boca Raton and needed to repair some existing flooring and install new tiling. Jim came to the home and really helped us think through the project. He was hands on and had his team there on time every day. The installers were terrific. Hard working, professional, clean, everything you'd want from a flooring installer. I was very impressed and would definitely recommend them.

THE CARPET WAS INSTALLED IN A PROFESSIONAL MANNER BY SKILLED WORKERS. THE WORK WAS DONE PROMPTLY AND LOOKS GREAT. THE CARPET HAS CHANGED THE LOOK OF THE HOMES APPEARANCE.
