House Cleaning
Jim's just a super great "Guy Friday" while he does immaculate work as a housecleaner ( Blinds, Ceiling Fans, Tops of Pictures, he didn't miss a thing and provides all his own cleaning supplies, what I really loved was his ability to do just about anything ( Jokingly he said he doesn't cook!)
One week I had him re-mulch my yard, the next run a bunch of personal errands. He charges a flat rate of $100 for 5 hours worth of work. It's a great "guy Friday" type of service. I even had him help me build centerpieces for a charity lunch once. He's always agreeable and works very independently. Who doesn't need this type of help around the house..right?
