They promised work would be completed in 2 months. It took 6 months and we had to take over project management to get it done in that time. This added the additional headache and expense of trying to find a short term rental while work was being completed, which in South Florida is not cheap. They gave a price, but then kept nickle and dimeing for "extras", which increased the cost considerably. Most work had to be done over at least twice since the first time it was done incorrectly. We would tell them over and over again how a specific job was to be done, and they still would do it wrong. There is an obvious lack of supervision on the job. The homeowner should not be the one discovering these errors. And then they would get mad when they had to do it over and try to charge as an "extra". The GC is extremely rude and lacking in customer service skills. I would never use this company again or recommend to anyone.
