The owner is extremely personal - his dad works at the front desk, they are just really good people. And very honest.
I took the car, a Chrysler Town & Country 2006, to them for an estimate,;they performed a thorough check and provided a comprehensive estimate. We went ahead with the work, which they did in the time they had committed to.
When picking up the car, I was told there would be some noise from the steering while the new parts got set down, and that if the noise remained for over a month that I should take the car back to them. It happened that the noise did indeed remain beyond one month, and so I took the car back to them and they replaced the new parts with a new set since they were still under warranty, and the problem was solved. They did this quickly and did not charge an additional cent for it.
