They have been taking care of my large property for quite a few years now. After using a half dozen companies who did not perform I met with Joe and developed a contract and a very good association with Empire. I have not had any issues what so ever with their services. They halve gone above and beyond for me many times without any problems. Their employees are very friendly, polite and willing to work for me. This will be a life time arrangement that I can say was the best decision that I have ever made. God bless them all.

hired this company to install sod and it was installed incorrectly after a couple of months, the sod started to die off in different patches. the company was not able to install new sod or fix the issue

They showed up on timeâ ¦ a rare commodity in south Floridaâ ¦ did great work for a reasonable price. Iâ ll definitely use them again for other landscaping needs.

I just fired them. Per my contract, they were supposed to maintain/prune all trees and shrubs. Last August, I had to ask them to take care of it because it had not been done in over 3 months. In November, I had to do the same as it had not been done since the prior request in August. Last week I had to do the same yet again because it had not been done since the prior request in November. This time they had the nerve to say everything looked fine, despite the fact that nothing had been trimmed or pruned since November. I pay a set fee every month which I pay in full every month, yet I got partial service every month. Unacceptable that I had to keep asking for work to be done that was in the contract, and unacceptable that they argued with me saying trees and shrubs that had not been touched in over 3 months looked fine to them.

I initially chose Empire Services for their reasonable price and also to support a local small business. I've been very pleased with the consistency of visits and quality work. And God bless this crew for putting up with the kid slide and soccer net I always leave in the side yard and the tricycle I leave in the front. I would highly recommend Empire Services for any landscaping services.

I got rid of my lawn service and fertilizer companies and made the best decision to go with Empire. I had them renovate my irrigation system and having an extensive yard clean up including trees very soon. Couldn't be happier with the service.

Hired them for lawn maintenance and tree trimming. They did more in less than a week than my previous company did in 3 months. The lawn and yard looks great! They quickly planted new croton and Panama plants and made my front lawn look wonderful. Trimmed the trees (something I had been requesting from my previous company since May) speedily and just in time as Dorian showed up the following weekend. I hope their monthly maintenance will continue in this expertly executed manner. Thank you Empire!

Joseph was polite, responsive and honest. His crew did a fantastic job installing new sprinklers, resodding and landscaping my yard.

Reliability and quality of work was horrible! Over a four week period, we had two no-shows On one of the visits, the workers turned the outdoor water on for some reason and just left it running when they departed. If we had been out of town, we would have returned to a huge water bill! Totally unacceptable.

Joseph is very responsive to inquires and fast acting. The service is very satisfying . I would recommend this company to anyone for lawn care. Two thumbs up!

This company was extremely professional in the way they responded. They set a time for project completion that worked for both of us and stuck to it. They were so professional that we have hired them for all of our properties that we manage in the Ft. Lauderdale area.
