WELLS TERMITE & PEST CONTROL

Caught on camera not providing a prepaid routine outdoor service that they documented they had actually performed. We called multiple times and were told “no manager available”. Tech eventually called and rudely said “ I did what I do for everybody”. Apparently doing nothing is standard practice for this company. No response or refund for services not provided. Do not hire.

I have never seen the results they promised. Did not kill the broad leaf weeds or sedge. Lawn never greened up. They were recommended by the company I used for sod replacement and they were no good either. Found out after a few months the sod was contaminated with Bermuda grass and couldn't be treated. That was Leo's Sod in Naples. Finally after many months of expecting results I had to let them go. They came whenever they felt like with no systematic schedule. Sometimes with only 2 weeks in between.  Now they are harassing me for the final treatment which never did anything. They run a scam. Spray water on your yard and you never know whether there is anything in it. Use another company, Get references and consult with their clients. Avoid these guys for lawn services.

OUR LAWN IS CURRENTLY INFESTED WITH CHINCH BUGS AND FUNGUS . I WAS ASKED TO SPEAK TO SEAN DRIVER . AFTER  A LENTHY CONVERSATION IT WAS OBVIOUS THIS MAN WAS NOT GOING TO MAKE GOOD ON HIS WORK. HE CLAIMED THE PROBLEM WAS A LACK OF WATER. THIS MUST BE THE STANDARD EXCUSE AND ONE HE TRAINS HIS TECHS TO USE. OUR LAWN AREA IS ABOUT 4000SQ. FT. AND I HAVE WATER BILLS THAT SHOW 22000 TO 30000 GALLONS OF USE PER MONTH AND IT IS RAINY SEASON IN FLORIDA( RAIN ALMOST EVERY AFTERNOON). THE LAST SERVICE CALL OCCURED ABOUT 10 DAYS AGO WE WERE NOT HOME BUT CLOSE BY . IT WAS RAINING AND WE NOTICED A WELLS FLAG IN OUR LAWN  AFTER RETURNING . MY WIFE CALLED WELLS AND ASKED WHY WOULD THEY SPRAY IN THE RAIN . THEY SAID THE LAWN WOULD BE RETREATED ON THE FOLLOWING WEEK . AGAIN WE WERE AWAY BUT LOW AND BEHOLD NO FLAG IN THE LAWN (STANDARD PROCEDURE). ???? . THE TECH THAT WE STARTED WITH IS NO LONGER WITH WELLS AND THE SOD PEOPLE TELL ME THAT THERE IS A LARGE TURNOVER  AND THEY NO LONGER USE WELLS. WE ARE OUT A GREAT DEAL OF MONEY SHOULD WE SUE ????
