During the year, if I see any bugs they come out and take care of it under the contract as well. They have been very good--I had a problem with something gnawing through my screens. They had to set up traps and they suggested ways to deter the pest as well, which seems to have worked. They do send out different service technicians each time with varying degrees of professionalism, and not every one of their employees is an A rating. Their prices for the yearly service seem reasonable, but their prices for baiting and trapping are a little higher. I have been happy with them, and will continue to use them.
