He start several projects at one time and never completed one in a timely fashion.
Projects would be started and not completed.
He took on a Swimming Pool construction and had inferior workers doing the job. As a result the swimming pool
is suboptimal and passed final inspection without the County Inspector even coming to see the final
details. This was even after a complaint was called into the County Inspectors Office.
The contractor, Ron D***, never wrote anything down and as a result things were not done to our satisfaction.
Prices changed from one day to the next.
