This has been by far the worst experience of my life. After having two contractors that did horrid work, Cesar was recommended by a real estate agent to complete the work. He came out and I had sent him the list with all of the items to be finished. He sent the quote and I sent th3 deposit. He sat on the deposit for almost three months before he even started working on a 3 week project. Nonstop another excuse (busy at another job, his workers quit, his finger was cut) even once he started he took longer. He never answered the phone or would give me updates. Today hes finished and immediately calls and demands his final pay and he needed it immediately. Since I'm out of town, I had a friend and contractor go there to look at the work. It was horrible. Baseboards not lowered with huge gaps underneath and behind (though he did the painting and flooring), the floors cut too short (including ceramic tile that's now visible) no transitions (I was supposed to provide any materials besides screen and something else) but I was never asked for transitions, the porch floor is not painted though the quote clearly stated everything not painted, will be repainted. Now that I reached out to him, he claims he didnt cause those things and they weren't on his quote when they were. I gave him three months and this is the work I received

Excellent work for a fair price, great guys too. They also do laminate floor installation which was a great bonus as it spared me from carpeting my spare bedrooms and the laminate floor looks so much better.

CEASAR and his crew are very polite, very kind and have excellent manners! They did not have a radio to entertain them. They quietly panted with no breaks. (. Amazing to me as other companies speak loudly to one another and take many breaks ). CEASAR s men concentrated on their work and completed the job well ahead of schedule. I hope they will continue to do all my painting in the future. Also they were not smokers. Excellence should be their motto as they they were on my job.

They were on time, professional and couteous! I hired The Painting Concepts to paint the entire interior of my house, the price was fair, the quality of work was 5 star. I would not hesitate to hire them again. Highly recommended....and they cleaned up everyting upon completion leaving the house neat and tidy!!
