Coat concrete floors with epoxy or hybrid polymer. I had my lanai floor done. It looks beautiful and there's no care necessary beyond washing with a hose and water!

Our floor is even better then was mentioned. The price was very good. The crew was courteous and on time and cleaned up after the job. It was a one day process dry to the touch in less then a hour, two days to let it harden up to put stuff back in the garage. I am totally happy with it. I recommend this polyurea flooring over the epoxy. A much better product. I did the research.

They arrived on time, very friendly and easy to work with, explained each step they would be doing in detail and very easy to understand. They only took one break in the 7 hours they were here, very hard working crew that worked well together. I highly recommend them, my carport looks fantastic!
