Property Inspection Services is a full service home inspection company providing detailed conditional reports for buyers and sellers of homes or commercial properties. Inspector Mike Shuman has personally performed over 10,000 inspections since the company was founded in 1991. We are licensed in the state of Florida and insured.

He and his partner were professional, thorough, and did an excellent job inspecting all of the systems of the home.  He explained the issues he found, interviewed the sellers about the home and equipment, and provided an in-depth report covering the inspection and his findings.  I would definitely use his services again.

They sent me a home inspection that didn't have one photo on the inspection report. The inspection was not detailed at all and I felt the inspection report was well below standard.

I was calling different inspection companies for estimates. Mike answered and his prices were cheaper than any one else I contacted. He asked were the home was and he told me the name of the company that had done the development. He was in the area and was able to do the inspection immediately. Mike and his co worker where there when I arrived. They thoroughly went through the house explaining all there findings and answering all of my questions. A+ job all the way around

I think he did a good job. He found a lot of minor things wrong with the house that are good to know and that were not readily apparent.

We were pleased with Mike's thoroughness. He and another employee spent close to 3 hours going over the whole house. Our Realtor was also impressed with the amount of work they did for the price. He pointed out a lot of issues in the 51 year-old home. We have been in the home for 6 months now and nothing "new" has really popped up, so we don't feel like he missed anything that he should have noticed.
