They're excellent! We've called them a couple of times in the last few months and about 6 times throughout the last few years with different problems. They always come out right away, which is exactly what you want when you have an air conditioning problem! I like that you can always reach somebody 24 hours a day and they come out day or night if needed. I think they came out at about 10pm one night after we came home from a long trip to find there was no air conditioning in the house, and they came out about 2 hours after we called. They're accessible, prompt, and I'd recommend them to anyone.
