My sales man Chance Decker was there step by step in the process in getting my hail damage approved by INS never had a loss or Gap in communication stellar customer service my siding team Ralph George and Jay were fantastic very maticulas in there craft and conscientious about their work great guys went over and above in taking care of my home clean up was done everyday after they we're done and when they we're complete did not even know they were there also had a complete roof replaced great insulation also and team cleaned up great I have nothing but good thing's to report on this company from sales to install teams to collections always always returned calls and texts messages in an timely manor.over all a great experience I love my home looks fantastic thank you all Paula Cowell

Sales rep, Connor, though young, was well informed of each step of the new GAF roof process. (His training included installing a roof.) Every step of the process was smooth. July weather delays were handled well. The roofing team was polite, thorough and hardworking. Netting covered windows and landscaping was covered with cloth. Not even a nail was left behind. Communication throughout was easy and friendly. Great job.

Sales person was very presentable, crew was ok, did bunch of damage, cleanup was not excellent... still finding lots of nails .. was supposed to install a fan, but was not able to find a electrician , so trying to refund the money.. i would have appreciated if proactively it was mentioned to me that they are not able to hire a electrician.. Net net, ok company...hope this feedback is helpful for improvements

The roof was done in one day as promised. They did the gutters and gutter guards the later. They said that they would call ahead to let us know when they would do the gutters. They just showed up with no call.
