Jim responded to our call promptly and came to the house within a day or two to review what we were interested in having done. He took measurements and, working with a concrete guy, provided us with a quote for a concrete slab to add onto our patio, and a new screen enclosure with a new screen door and an aluminum pan roof, and eaves troughs and downspouts on this extension. The quote also included the acrylic patio windows.
There was a holdup with our homeowner's association (HOA) architectural board because it turned out our addition was encroaching into a 20 foot lake easement, so we had to decrease the size of our patio extension.
Jim revised the quote due to this reduction in size of the patio.
Jim took care of arranging everything and he and the concrete guy obtained the permits.
When we were cleared by the HOA, Jim's crew took down the existing screen enclosure and removed it from our property.
After the concrete slab was completed, Jim's crew installed the new screen enclosure, aluminum pan roof, eaves troughs and downspouts, and screen door in one day.
The work was beautifully and professionally done. They cleaned everything up as well.
Jim then measured for the acrylic windows. As he had indicated previously, it would take approximately 10 days - 2 weeks to get the windows. After they had come in, Jim came and installed them in one day. They are absolutely beautiful.
We paid Jim all along the way, 1/4 of the quoted amount before the screen enclosure, 1/4 after the screen enclosure, 1/4 before the window installation, and finally the last 1/4 at the end of the job.
Overall, my husband and I are very pleased with the work, service, and the quality of the products. We sit on the new patio daily and enjoy the view of the lake. We highly recommend Jim and Lehigh Aluminum.
