I got them from Angie's List. He was very good. I thought it was pretty good. The only thing that I didn't like was that he told me he was going to come back on Monday but he couldn't get here until Tuesday. Other than that, I have no complaints. I was pleased with it.

He was awesome. He gave me a discount. It was a labor-intensive job. He had to practically take the toilet apart. The quality was good. He was responsive. I called him and asked a couple of questions and how much he charges. Sometimes, people don't drive out to where I live, but he said he had no problem with it. He was right on time. He was very professional and had ID and a business license, which was big to me.

He was supposed to come on tuesday and we had to call to see where he was. He apologized and came instead on wednesday. We were a bit suspicious when he brought a new disposal in with his hands and not in the box.  He replaced the garbage disposal, but now, a day later,  there is water gushing out everywhere from underneath the sink.

Went very well.  There were parts missing from the toilet we purchased.  He picked up the replacement parts.  We were reimbursed to pay his purchase.  We were very pleased with his service.

Repair man said at first he could could not give me a price.  Needed to go to home depot to get toilet, would not let me go with him. he did not give me a ticket for toilet with a   price on it, just added to total of $700 plus. I consider him not on the up and up                47

He asked to pay me in full and said that when he came back from hunting on Thanksgiving, he would come back and finish the work. He said that it would be better to come in the evening, and made arrangements for last Tuesday evening.  He didn't show up. He didn't complete the work.  I liked that he was willing to come at the drop of a dime and he seemed to be a good plumber, so I trusted him, but now that I have not heard from him, and I feel taken advantage of as a senior citizen.

It went well. The service was good they were on time ,they were neat and clean. And they were very friendly and professional.

Came next day - did repair quality and correctly.

Had a high water bill for two months.  Phoned LaRosa and got service as requested.  Jason phones 20 minutes ahead of his arrival to let us know he's on his way.  He professionally goes about his work, wasting no time, to complete the job.  When he is sure everything has been repaired satisfactorily, he cleans up after himself, inside and outside, presents the bill, and is on his way.  Jason is a very pleasant gentleman, very knowledgeable about his work, and we would use him again.

Jason made it easy for me. I didn't have to watch over his shoulder which was the first time I've not had to do so with a plumber. He was very clean and orderly. He was prompt and responsive for the work. I was very happy with the final outcome.

They got in there and got the job done. They were straight to the point and were up front with me.  I thought their price was reasonable. I would recommend them to others.
