Katz Plumbing are great. We've actually used them for the last ten years. We always use them. They're here on time and they're courteous. We've probably used him a dozen times, if not more. We originally bought one from another store, but it came to us damaged. We had to bring it back to the store and get him to find us another one. His prices were reasonable. He went the extra mile by insulating the pipe returns that comes out of the water heater, so that it would stay a reliable temperature longer. They're just real people. They don't try to cheat you. They treat you like they would want someone to treat them.
